UI Builder - Landing page with Dashboards - how to limit filter to 5 dashboards only?

Hi All,

need advice how to make dashboard filter picker limited to 5 specific dashboards only instead of all?

- where and How I can list 5 dashboard sys_ids to make filter change?

Why? What is your business case? That filter shows you all dashboards you have access to. Limiting it to five would be weird. What 5? It would be like going to a restaurant that has dozens of different dishes and you get a menu that only shows you 5, without you having any input.

Reason: we need landing page in SOW (which we have) where users will be able to select e.g. certified dashboards only which we have e.g. 5 out of 60

 

With certified dashboards we guarantee proper tool for service management.

Any change to achieve this in specific landing page?

- dont want to change something globally.
