UI Builder - New button for knowledge base not working

I created a new workspace using UI builder to manage articles in a specific knowledge base.
Everything works except the New button. I am assuming it has to do with picking with article knowledge base I would like the create.
I found the configuration record that drives the new record: https://{your instance}.service-now.com/sys_declarative_action_assignment.do?sys_id=85ad09be535b10108ce6ddeeff7b120e
It is part of Knowledge Capabilities in UI Builder plugin.
It says "This declarative action assignment will open Knowledge Article Template Selector (sn-article-template-selector) component to select Knowledge Base & Article Template if Knowledge Advanced is installed.", I can't find the sn-article-template-selector as part of list of component.
I don't see Knowledge Advanced plugin so not sure what that means " if Knowledge Advanced is installed."
Any ideas?

Hello,
We’ve encountered a similar issue with the New button. Initially, it was working fine, but after upgrading the Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications and installing the KCS Integration for Incident Management, the button stopped working correctly.
When logged in as admins, the pop-up window opens as expected. However, when impersonating an ITIL user, the button no longer functions. We found that the button is called "Open Article Selector" and tried to troubleshoot from there, but nothing has restored its original functionality.
Could you please let me know which Store plugin you installed that resolved the issue for you?

Hello, the plugin has "Event Management" in its name. Installing this fixed it for us. Good luck!

In the UI Builder go to the SOW, find the List Bundle and change the order of List SNC to be the lowest. Hope it helps👍
