We are trying to translate for state values (highlighted) which are filterable in UI Builder page which we dont find any solution. This page we are using in Risk Portal.

We are in Tokyo Patch 7 and GRC: Application Series in 17.0.x.

@PrakashRam, have you looked into using the Localization Framework and our PoC Workspace artifact?
