UI Builder Questionnaire experience

I'm brand new to UI Builder and trying to figure out what's possible for custom applications, beyond the typical incident review on most Workspaces. Is something like the attached picture (the walkthrough of adding an experience in App Engine Studio) replicable in the UI Builder workspace?

As you said custom, means what you want you can create but on same side, we need to understand platform come with limitation as well. You can do , what you attached in screen shot but need to build teh whole code for same, which can be a task for you.
