Hi SN Community!
Our client wishes to have the Risk Assessment window pop-up right after a normal change has been created (saved for the first time).
Since the Service Operations Workspace is being used in this situation, this action is more complex and cannot be carried out via a simple client script like in the backend.
As I understand, a variant from the Record Page in the Service Operations Workspace would have to be copied and adjusted via the UI Builder so that there is a mapping of the event (with the client script from the UI Action "Open Risk Assessment") when the change is created.
However, as I am unfamiliar with the UI Builder and cannot find any related ServiceNow Documentation or Videos, I am stuck and would like to ask for your help.
How can one implement this?
