UI Builder - SN Gantt Components

We are a Tech Partner and are developing a scoped app that we intend to launch on the Store. Our solution includes a task list that needs to be manipulated and a Gantt representation of these tasks.

We have adopted DHTML as the Javascript library that we've used to deliver Gantt functionality. We've built our own task list and all the requisite UI and business functionality to manipulate these tasks.

I've just installed the Digital Portfolio Management solution on a San Diego instance. I had a look at the Project Workspace and it is very similar indeed to what we have built in our Scoped app.

I also noticed that the Store has 2 components that are listed under a search for Gantt. These are as follows:

1) DHTMLX Gantt Library
2) Gantt UI Builder Component

Our strategic goal has been to embrace the latest Now Experience. We want our solution to look & feel familiar to users of the ServiceNow solution portfolio.

So, my question is this:

How do partners gain access to the the UI components and underlying technologies that ServiceNow are using to modernise the solution portfolio?

We're committed to the effort and investment required to deliver our solution. We're not asking for access to product-specific IP. We're not being lazy.
We are, however, keen not to "reinvent the wheel" and to accelerate the time to deliver value to our shared Customers.

Would appreciate some advice from a member of the Now Experience UI Builder Component team or perhaps the product line team who have created the Project Workspace (and no doubt invested considerable time and effort in the development of the Gantt UI Builder component).
