UI solutions for fulfillers

I am building a custom app  in serviceNow using studio. what UI should we use for our fulfillers? should we use UI16/Dashboards/ custom workspaces/Service operations workspace. we dont have App Engine Studio(AES) installed in our instance. so we have to build workspace from scratch using UI builder  which is complex and time taking. Is there any other way to do it to provide better experience to fulfillers?

 

Any ideas? thoughts?

It depends on what type of Fulfillers they are. Like ITSM or HRSD, etc.

However irrespective of above, it is suggested and recommended to use the OOB available workspaces like SOW, HR Workspace , etc if it is helpful. Go with custom workspace from scratch only if OOB workspaces do not fulfill your purpose.

Yes. If Service Operations workspace is already useful and you just need few more additional functionalities, That is recommended approach instead of reinventing the wheel.
