UI16 - Where did split layout go? Critical feature seems gone

This is a critical feature users use with ticket management.   Can't find it anywhere in U16.   Please help!

Ugh... WE had to accelerate our movement to Geneva under the guise of Geneva address UGLY state conflicts between different task types, when we began researching, we found

1) It does NOT address the original state conflict within the task table

2) This "enhancement" to remove the split screen functionality.

Here are some other Use case impacts:

1) Service Desk/managers attempting to identify /group "like" items to include in a problem

2) Service Desk/managers looking to find "duplicate" items

3) Any time you want to look in depth at x number of items

This is beyond disappointing I agree. I have created a HI ticket to ServiceNow at least for the sake of clarifying is this a intentional long-term approach or not. For the time being, clearly we will stick with UI15, regretfully.

Sadly we are thinking of the same.. First I was like Woooohooo!! UI16 rocks. Then the more I start looking at it and noticing stuff like this, even split layout wasn't my favorite, but adding up with stuff like actiivity log and small things that they now decided to switch the order of work notes and additional comments and not making it possible to change the order in a "easy way"... Nrgh.... Don't know how many times I had written in work notes instead of add. comments....

In fuji we have additional Comments first and below Works notes like this:

Now in UI16 its like this, and even if I can go to configure form layout and move the order there, it doesn't "save" when displaying
