This is a critical feature users use with ticket management. Can't find it anywhere in U16. Please help!

Hi Trisha, unfortunately, split layouts are not supported with UI16 anymore. If you need them, you have to go back to UI15.

Well... Hmm.. Quick question... is that from when you type "create new" and don't have a activity log yet? Since I forgot to say that that order happens when the activity log decides to show up...

you forgot to hit the icon to the upper right where you get both fields instead of the "check" work notes...
