UI16 - Where did split layout go? Critical feature seems gone

This is a critical feature users use with ticket management.   Can't find it anywhere in U16.   Please help!

Hey Chuck, which feature were you referring to here to replace the split view?  

I'm looking in Helsinki and don't see anything yet.

When using UI16, List v3 has a feature called Split mode. You can tell List v3 because there's no box around the hamburger menu (among other indicators.)

Click "Split" at the top next to the search box.

You'll get something like this:

Thanks Chuck,   1. enabled plugin, 2. made sure the property was enabled,,, still no split,,, logged out and back in and now it's there.   Awesome.

Hi Chuck, do you know what's the best way to reload a list in V3? The context menu option "refresh list" is not available anymore in my instance...

Theoretically, connect will keep the list up to date in real time as changes are made. Me? I'm impatient and click the last value in the breadcrumbs.
