UIBuilder UTAH Catalog Record Producer not Showing MRVS on Form

If I set the Variable set to Order before the catalog item variables it shows on the form but at the top and the catalog varaiable are at the bottom.

If I set the varaible set order after the Catalog varaibles it does not show
