Hi All,
I have a record producer using which we create records in case table. Now, I want to change/configure what fields it should show when I am submitting the record producer on portal. For example, I would like to show assignment group, state, description to the user.
This is on ESC portal. where to configure it?
I see standard ticket configuration but not sure if that is where change needs to be done or how that to be done.

Thankyou for this.
I can add remove fields but again, is there any more instruction like how do I change the order how these fields show up, Also for some fields the label shows and for some like description, short description only the value shown and not label.
What does below mean:
Any field of the task-extended table. By default, this field is mapped to the State field of the task-extended table. You have to configure the form to add this field.
- Number
- Short description
- Created date
- Updated date
- Watch list
- Any user input such as comments and work notes

Short description and Description are already available separately.
yes those set of fields are not supported.
the values are rendered by OOTB widget and that's OOTB behavior.
The order of fields is as per fields you configure in the Info fields section
