Hi All,
Currently I'm working in Service Operator workspace. User trying to open the attachment from the task record.
When the attachment has outlook email user can able to download it and open the file and see.
But when he try to preview the attachment its not working. It showing the below error message.
Is this ServiceNow behavior or do we have any solution for this.
Below error message shown when user tried to preview outlook mail attachment from workspace.
Thanks,
Divya

Hi @Divya13 ,
As of now, it still looks like PDF viewing isn't available in Agent Workspace.
Knowledge article here: KB0822424
There is an idea open for it: Enable Document Viewer for Agent Workspace
And a couple other people have asked this as well with little result, even with document viewer enabled.
Someone mentioned in the idea this may be available in Quebec, hopefully that's the case
If I could help you with your Query then, please hit the Thumb Icon and mark it as Correct !!
Thanks & Regards,

Hi @Sumanth16
Thanks for the quick response.
Document viewer enabled in our instance.
So I can view the other files from workspace. Only .msg and .xml files are not supported.
User can able to download and read the file. But when they tried to preview from workspace its not working.
Much appreciated if you have any solution related to this.

Hi @Divya13 ,
I think .msg and .xml files are not supported in agent workspace. Create Hi-case with ServiceNow.
Thanks & Regards,
