Unable to activate instance. Tried Refreshing this, still shows offline. Trying to connect copilot with this instance but unable to do so.

Hi @JayaChatterjee ,

That's fine, no worries.

It will come up of it's own in sometime to few days.

ServiceNow has recently shifted the PDI databases to another one, so we are facing these issues, it will be fixed.

Hi there,

 

You know that there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new. So posting your question here... will have zero effect.


Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI

As you are aware, PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.
