Unable to attach files to the record

Hi All,
In incident module we are unable to add attachment to a single record. Only for one record only we are unable to attach or remove files, for all others it is working as before.It is showing the below
Can anyone explain what will be the issue or root cause for this problem?

Hi,
Check whether write is allowed for that record. If yes then only then attachment dialog will be able to upload an attachment
Try to debug ACLs
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.

Hi Ankur,
In Other Requested Item Records i can be able to attach but only on this records i am unable to attach. I don't think it is because of ACL.

Hi Amaradi,
You can check this too.
Go to the dictionary entries of the record.
You would find one record without a column name. Select that record.
Check if there is any attribute 'no_attachments' set to true in the attribute tab.

Curious, open a developer console on your browser when you click the attachments icon; is there any error?

Thanks for the reply.
No luck. Still same issue. I can able to attach some other files but unable to attach the specific files. In other record i can able to attach all the files.
