Unable to authenticate pop3 inbound email

There is no Default email for inbound email action, My SMTP account's authentication has done.
But POP3 email are getting authentication failed. Please instruct me how resolve this issue.

Your connection failed, due to authorization issues. Your credentials aren't correct. Update those correctly.

Thank you for quick response. But for pop3, what will be the username and password?
And is any way to enable ServiceNow configured POP3 ?

That is enabled OOB. If you disabled it, reach out to support, especially when you don't know the credentials.
