Unable to click on contact button on contact card

Hello Community,

There is contact card in SOW. That contact card have contact button. 
When requested for and opened by are same then this button is clickable.
But when requested for and opened by are different, this this button is non-clickable.
Please suggest how can we overcome this issue ?

I just replicated in my instance and haven't found such a behaviour.

 

Could you share who are the users (what roles), is the other person active?

 

Is the user from screenshot one of the 2 people or it is 1) Requested for, 2) Opened by and 3) screenshot user?

 

More details might help you to resovle this

Screenshot user is admin. Even for admin, this is behaving the same way.
