Unable to compose emails from Agent Workspace

Hi All,

When I click on Compose Email from Case in agent workspace, email window is opening, but the "To, Subject" is not getting populated. Also there is no send email UI action available. Hence I am admin I can able to view this at least. Non admins getting "security constraint" error when Compose email button is clicked.

Can anybody assist me on this.

Hi Vikram,

Have you added an entry in the table "Workspace Renderers" (sys_aw_renderer) with table
sys_email with custom renderer "sn_email_editor" ?

If Not, please add it & try.

Yeah. This was my HI ticket raised and ServiceNow people fixed it.
