Unable to create Manifest ServiceNow for Teams. Module not showing.

Hello All.

im triying to connect my servicenow instance (TOKIO)   with MS teams and im following the documentation.

steps done are:

 * install notify connector plugin. OK

* Connect your ServiceNow instance to your Microsoft Teams tenant -OK-
* Grant permissions to required Microsoft Azure apps - OK
* Enable connecting to meetings from Microsoft Teams - OK

 

In the next step (Create and download the manifest file for pre-published apps)

Documentatios says

but in my instance "servicenow for teams" option  is not  available

So do i need to do some additional steps ?

Hey - I just resolved this myself, as it was missing in an instance I was working on, but I had it visible in another instance. So I copied the URL from the other instance and changed the instance name in the URL and it made not only the form appear, but also added the missing application entry appear in the application navigator.  This is the URL, so try replacing the instance name with your own and see if it works:
