unable to delete notifications , its taking very long time and also not working

Hi All,

 

we have domain separated instance

 

--> by mistakenly i updated one notification on another domain(our scope)

 

--> bacause of this now system is showing 2 notifications ( one is with global scope , another one is in different scope(our scope lets take as scope A)

 

--> now which one will trigger when the notification condition met ?

 

--> we inactivated the Scope A notification , while trying to delete this its taking very long very long time ?

 

---> As i inactivated the scoped A notification 

 

--> now the global scope notification will trigger or not

 

someone please help here

since you inactivated the Scope A notification, global one will trigger when condition is met for users/records in Scope A

Deletion not required, only inactivation is fine

what will happen if both are active ?

 

why deletion taking long time ?

 

it will impact anything ? because from last 2 months 1800 mail logs generated with new notification created which we didn't monitor

deletion shouldn't take that much time.

It should not send email if you deactivated
