unable to display catalog item in ms teams

unable to display catalog item in teams, however we are able to display it in virtual agent in portal
throwing this error "Sorry, this channel is not supported."

we were able to display the catalog form in virtual agent of employee center, however when trying the same in teams which is integrated with virtual agent we were unable to display the catalog forms in teams

not sure, we have developed the flow in designer to display entire catalog form within virtual agent and we are expecting the same in teams too, where we can view and submit the form.
