Hello Everyone,
We raised a case for this issue with ServiceNow and were informed that the 00B Utility- Request Catalog Item Inline Seismic does not work on Teams because it requires some UI rendering which is possible on the Service Portal but not on MS Teams.

Hi @karunakar onted

Please check this:

Am I able to preview ServiceNow content such as Knowledge articles in Teams?

The Virtual Agent bot in Teams can embed knowledge articles and catalog items into MS Teams. The system property to enable this is: sn_va_teams.view_non_video_msft_task_module = true

hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
I have tried setting the property value to true. Still getting the same error. We have used the OOB Topic block - Request Catalog Item Inline-seismic

Error screenshot please.
