Unable to edit Needs Attention Attributes in my PDI

I installed Digital Portfolio Management in my PDI a few weeks ago with demo data. I am in the process of evaluating how the data is set up and displayed in the workspace. I wanted to adjust some of the Needs Attention Attributes but discovered that when I click on a specific attribute to edit, the User personalization defaults is the only section that is displayed even when I am logged in as admin. 

I should see a screen similar to this:

but I only see this:

I tried repairing Digital Portfolio Management but that had no effect.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Are there different views on the form?

no, there is only a default view...  and the fields that are missing aren't available to add to the form in my PDI
