Unable to Edit or Create New ACLs as Security Admin

Hello,

I am attempting to create new read ACLs on the sys_user_group table and it appears that as security admin I can no longer edit and create new ACLs. I have followed the KB article below with no luck. Any ideas on what I need to change for this?

Thank you

Hi there,

I assume you logged out/logged in, tried different browser to make sure its not something with cashing, you elevated roles to security_admin?

Kind regards,

Thank you for this. I had not thought to try clearing the cache in ServiceNow. Once I did this it did allow me to edit the ACLs.
