Unable to find API Documentation on GlideImportSetLoader

I am learning the ropes with ServiceNow and I am having the hardest time trying to find various classes and methods in the API documentation.

I stumbled across some forum topics that were relevant to some development work I am working on and wanted to research more about GlideImportSetLoader in the API Documentation but I cant find anything at all. 

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Is it just me?

It is true, some of the pages lack documentation. The best way to use these would be to experiment with yourself.
