Hello Developers,
I have encountered an issue where data cannot be imported if Japanese characters (2-bit) are included in the intermediate table header, when using the load data function in Xanadu release after version upgrade.
Need to understand why this is happening and weather there will be any impact if I apply Patch 5 and can it fix the loading problem.
Quick response and solution appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello Mayur,
The issue you're experiencing with importing data containing Japanese (2-byte) characters in the header after upgrading to the Xanadu release is recognized. ServiceNow has addressed similar problems in subsequent patches. Applying Xanadu Patch 5 is recommended, as it includes important problem fixes that may resolve this issue.
Before proceeding, it's advisable to review the specific fixes in Patch 5 to ensure it addresses your particular problem. You can find detailed information in the release notes.
Additionally, ensure that your import files are encoded in UTF-8 and that your system's language settings support Japanese characters. If the problem persists after applying the patch, consider reaching out to ServiceNow support (HI Portal) for further assistance.
Hope it's somehow helpful, if it helped you - please mark this comment as helpful,
Best regards,
