Unable to find KB article, under Sources -> "All"

Unable to find KB article, even though article is available , published and date is Valid upto is in 2025.
Still under Sources -> All
Unable to find the KB.
There is option below All, if we select that, then KB is visible. But the client request is under "All" only the KB should be visible.

What are you trying to do? Do you want the serial number to be chosen in the field? Then just make that the display value on your table.
