Unable to find UI Action with name 'undefined' on table 'sys_script_include' in script include.

Hi All,

We recently upgraded our instance to Tokyo.
Post upgrade when we try to right the "Script include" and save it then we're getting the below error.

Import the attached XML, hope this will resolve your issue.

Hi All,
Earlier once the script part is completed then we click on the save button on script level to save the script.
But post upgrade we need to click on submit button first to save the script  then we can use the save button to save script.

Thanks... Isnt this a fun error after you write 9 functions and hundreds of lines... boom gone. TERRIBLE. Servicenow please fix this.
