Unable to find voucher codes in Now learining

I am trying to find voucher codes which I already got in Now Learning. It's showing that I am locked out of NowSupport. Where can I find my Voucher codes ?

currently there's transition from Webassessor Kryterion to Pearson VUE, it's already being prepared and the final transition is scheduled on 17th November.

As the result of the transition, there will no longer be any vouchers in the future. You will just register for your exam directly upon being eligible. However for the existing vouchers, their expiration date will remain untouched.

Transitioning from Webassessor to Pearson VUE FAQ 

Your situation can be caused by the fact that it's no longer possible to register for an exam using Webassesor, and the new facilitator will not support vouchers (read the FAQ above) so it seems that your voucher cannot be found.

Feel free to create case at the Now University, there's Help Centre in the top menu.
