unable to import all records using XML

Hi,

I am trying to import 2256 records from Dev to Test using XML.

but after the import is complete, i find that only 1469 records have been imported.

Any idea why this is happening? Also please provide solution for the same as this a critical issue.

Are there XML Application file size limits?

Hey Vikas,

this is not an Update Set but just a list of records.
also it gets completed in less that a minute time frame.

Hence, i don't there would be any time out issue.

Hi all,

Just an update for this question.

the records I was trying to import consisted of HTML fields.

for some records this HTML field was creating errors as it contained HTML tags those were creating some issue while generating XML.

this error was not occurring when we bulk export the records. but it generated error when that single record is exported.

the issue of import was resolved by using a Data Source and transform map.
