I’m trying to install the Domain Separation Support plugin in my ServiceNow instance, but I’m unable to find/install it.
When I try to install the plugin, the instance displays an error indicating that the plugin was not found.
Issue:
- Plugin: com.glide.domain.msp_extensions.installer
- Instance: Australia
- Action: Attempting to install the plugin
- Error: Plugin not found
Could anyone please help me understand:
- Is the Domain Separation Support plugin available for my ServiceNow release/version?
- Does this plugin require any prerequisite plugins or specific roles/permissions?
- Is the plugin now included as part of another application/plugin rather than being installed separately?
- Is there a specific process through ServiceNow Store / Application Manager / Plugins to enable it?
Any guidance or documentation regarding the correct installation/activation process would be greatly appreciated.
