Unable to interact with double click , list and form controls on incident .

I can interact with the problem and other forms and lists, but I'm unable to interact with the incident list view and form view. Double-clicking doesn’t work, and the context menu column options are not functioning. How can I resolve this?

it means your form is broken if you are unable to right click and see the Form context menu
Did you check any browser console errors when form loads?
Debug that and fix that script which is causing this.
