Unable to log in to the PDI

Hi all, I am unable to log in to my PDI. Anytime I enter the login credentials on the PDI, it will pop-up the error below and then shows a blank white screen without proceeding to the UI page "Syntax Error or Access Rule Violation detected by database ((conn=41215) Unknown column 'sys_scope_scope' in 'feld list)"

Hi @AndersBGS

I have tried logging from developer.servicenow.com but it will still display a blank white page without logging to the PDI. I was able to catch the error by using an incognito window.

The error suggest there might be an issue with the database schema or a database access rule in your ServiceNow instance. Wait for some time and them try again.

If you already try resetting the password and if t still does not solve the problem, You are left with getting a new instance only. Wait for a while and try again. However, the issue is weird.
