Hi Community
I am unable to get access to my PDI, I have tried with the admin credentials provided on the mail.
Its saying Username or password invalid. To reset your admin password, click here. Please note this is different than the credentials used to sign in to the Developer Site.
Also, In My account tab there are no instance actions and status showing up.
Need assistance!

Hi there,
Try to reset the password through the Developer Site and wait until your new password appears on screen.
If still no luck... "Need assistance!"... as you are probably aware: there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while. Only random non ServiceNow employees will answer to these questions, while in reality we cannot look at your PDI / account / etc.. |
Kind regards,

Hi @Rider Py
You can write to developer@servicenow.com but before that try to reset the password through the Developer Site and wait until your new password appears on screen.

Amit

Hi @Rider Py
Seems your instance has been reclaimed and i.e reason it is not showing under your profile. In this, i recommend to wait for some time, as due to some activities it is not showing in your profile, if you are able to see option to request new instance better to request a new one.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Rider Py ,
it seems that the instance it not assigned to you and you by that have lost it. Only option is to request a fresh PDI installation.
if my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
