Hello Developer Team,
I am unable to log in to my Personal Developer Instance.
Instance Name: dev401194
When I try to log in with the admin account, I receive the following error:
"Only interactive users are allowed to access UI."
Details:
- The instance status is Online.
- I am using the admin username and the password shown in the Developer Portal.
- I created a separate user for MID Server with only the "mid_server" role.
- I did not modify the admin user's roles or intentionally disable the Interactive property.
- The issue started after I began working on the MID Server setup.
I have important development work in this PDI and would like to avoid resetting it.
Could someone please help restore access to the admin account or advise how to resolve this issue?
