Hey Folks!
On my playbook activity, I have a Mark Complete button. When I click it, I see an error message at the top saying , "This activity does not support the Complete state"
This is a custom activity, and the subflow that runs on it is also custom.
Any ideas why this may occur?
Enlighten us, @Brad Tilton ...

Hi! If you're still looking for an answer to this, this is due to ACLs. If the record does not have an assignment group set and it also doesn't have an assigned to set... then anyone (snc_internal/snc_external) can mark it as complete. Otherwise, you either have to be a member of the assignment group, or the assigned to. All due to sys_flow_data ACLs.

Hi,
We experienced this error and it was ultimately due to configuration of the User Form activity in the playbook. On investigation Flow Data was missing from UI Layout > Experience Status Table. I added Flow Data and remapped the Experience Status Record (as per image) and the error was resolved.
Hope that helps anyone in the same situation (please mark as helpful)
Cheers,
Danny

Hi,
The associated table should be the table related to associated record that the activity is for. Often the trigger record.
Thanks
