Unable to open PDI ( now/appenginestudio/home)

I am unable to open my ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI). Whenever I try to access the instance URL, I receive the error message: “The page you are looking for could not be found.” I have tried accessing the URL in multiple browsers, but the issue persists. Please help restore or reactivate my PDI.

There is no support available for PDI.

But you can try what @Bert_c1  is mentioned and also see this:
