Unable to progress on course 'ServiceNow Application Developer'

I am about to finish the ServiceNow Application Developer course from this link:

Some tasks are preventing me from progressing as they are not available for San Diego, or for all other available families.

If you press 'Next article' it will present a screen to select which family should I see. None of the available family links are working.

Any clues on how to progress?

You will have to create a case for the Now Learning team to help you with that.

Have patience, they might take a while to respond.
