Unable to run the ATFs after the instance clone

Hi,

 

One of our ServiceNow instances has been cloned with the Prod instance. Now when I try to run ATFs in that instance, they are failing and all the test steps are in pending state. Any idea why it is happening? Are there any steps that should be performed in the lower instances after the prod clone to run ATFs? Please advice.
