Can anyone help?
- I create new custom app by App Engine Studio
- I developed the workspace from there
- The new custom app I created, I created new table 'Treasury' (extended from Task table)
I tried to configure the search in the workspace but it doesn't work. Here's what I did (followed everything from this link: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-platform-administration/page/administer/search-administrati...)
- I went to 'sys_search_source.list' to create the search source for the new custom table I created (I didn't set any filter and role condition)
- I went to 'Search Application Configurations' > search engine type = Zing > convent the name
- I pair the search source to the new search application that I just created as Zing type
When I tried to search in Workspace by using the keyword that relate to that table, the result will go to only other table (INC, Users, Knowledge).
Anyone can advise?
