Unable to see a newly created form view

after creating a new form view from the form designer, I am unable to see it even after refreshing the list.

Can someone give an idea on the above issue

Hi

Go to System UI >> Views >> Search your view then open it and add "Lists" availability on incident after that

right click configure>>list layout and check, is there any field available under that view if not then please add some field under that view.

Please check the below screenshot, i tried to add OOTB "VTB view" on list layout and it's working.
