Unable to see "Show me Every thing" button in Chat

I am not able to see Show me Every thing button in the Chat in service portalp/backend Showing below error as  mentioned Screen shot including logs.Please help me to Resolve this issue.

Are you using an out-of-the-box Greetings topic? A custom one? Can you share the code used?

Are you facing this issue also recently, since any change, what change? Or did you just start with Virtual Agent and facing this immediately?
