unable to see shared report

I built a report in service now, saved it in group tab under report module and shared it with my team, however, I found that user is not able to see the report.
I'm able to find the report in Group tab, However, Coey is not able to find it.
I've tried to delete her then re add her to the list in sharing settings, but the issue still persists.

Hello There,
I am also facing this issue, I had created 4 report & shared with one User he was able to see these 4 reports 28th July 2016.
Then I created 1 more report on 1st Aug 2016 & shared with the same User, but now he is unable to see that report.
Note: We have recently upgraded to Helsinki.

We just came across this issue, we have recently upgraded from Eureka to Helsinki.
We had 1 user who could only see a couple of Reports and couldn't see a newly shared Report. I had another user with the exact same Roles as the first who was able to see all the Reports, including the newly shared one.
The user who couldn't see the Reports had a User Preference record the other did not: reporting_favorite_state. This had a value of true.
I thought maybe it was a hang over from Eureka causing issues, but actually this User Preference record was created after the upgrade to Helsinki. Removing this preference, or deleting out the value, fixes the issue.

Its expected behaviour, just not very obvious at all! Must have stumped quite a few people for them to have a Knowledge article about it...

I realize this was over a year ago, but do you know or were you able to determine how the reporting_favorite_state value was set by the user?
