Unable to set the Request item stage

Hi Team.

I have a requirement to set   the stage of the Requested item based on the REQUEST.

When the request is approved then I want to set the stage of the request item as "Request Approved".

But the   default value of stage value is "waiting for approval" . These value is getting displayed.

So, I want to set this value as "Request approved".I have done this setting stage "Requested approved" but no luck..

Open necessary catalog item worklfow in workflow editor & then Open the necessary activity & set stage as "Request approved"

Tried it .Even though the stage value is set   in the workflow the stage field on the request item is not been set.

OTB system already sets the RITM stage to 'Request Approved', In your case, you might have configured additional approval in RITM. That's the reason you are seeing 'Waiting for approval'. In fact you might have already passed the 'Request Approval'. Check the RITM stages in list view. You will see all stages.

On the RITM we don't have any approvals instead we had the tasks . The RITM waits for the assigned to field when the RITM   is assigned then the TASK gets generated. In this stage of waiting for assigned to condition the stage field should populate with the"Request Approved" stage.
