We are looking for some technical help on the AI specific modules. We have downloaded and installed the “Issue Auto Resolution plugin [com.glide.cs.auto_resolution]” available as part of Glide Virtual Agent and ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations” on our demo instance.
We are trying to train the model but, training is continuously getting cancelled after posting an error (Network or configuration Error, cancelling the training job). Below are some of the screenshots.

This is common when your trying to try Pi Module in your PDI because of lacking configuration. you need setup to be configurd to be able to start training the module else this is the error that you face if you module is unable to reach the date or find right configuration.
follow the servicenow docs to confure the module and try again....
