Unable to use Creator Studio

For some reason, I am unable to get the Creator Studio working for me. If I try to create a new app, it throws the following error
Or if I try and open those partially created ones from the CS landing page, it shows the error as above. Any thoughts on why this could be happening ? My PDI is on Xanadu and used to happen on Washington too.

Hi,
Unfortunately, this can mean that the app didn't get installed properly for whatever reason. Since you've said it happened on Washington and Xanadu, with the same instance, then that's probably the case. The next best thing I've seen work for others is to login to developer.servicenow.com, navigate to your profile (upper right) and for your instance choose reset and wipe instance.
Of course, if applicable, you'd want to back up your work prior to doing this.

Hi @Allen Andreas , I am trying to avoid doing an instance wipe. Don't really want to go through that pain, if possible

I can understand that, but there are times with these PDIs that these errors happen. You can try and request another PDI with another account and see if you're seeing the same issue and then go from there on whichever you decide. Do you stick with 2? Or, do you back up your work and reset/wipe.

Go to Plugins and try to repair the creator studio plugin and try again.
