Unable to use Creator Studio

For some reason, I am unable to get the Creator Studio working for me. If I try to create a new app, it throws the following error

Or if I try and open those partially created ones from the CS landing page, it shows the error as above. Any thoughts on why this could be happening ? My PDI is on Xanadu and used to happen on Washington too.

In this case, take a new PDI.

Creator Studio Plugin does not exist.

In the logs, I did notice the below entry, says null value is being passed, which I am thinking is related

Hi All,

I am unable to access creator studio in Xanadu release. 

When I click on Creator Studio button, It's redirecting to another page and throwing an error:

Please help me to resolve this error.
