Hello,
On my developer instance, I am unable to view any of the assignment groups through the "Assignment Group" field. This is across multiple modules incident, problem, enhancements etc.
It brings a blank window when I click on the assignment group field in the view/form and same is the case when I try to do it through the list edit.
This problem started only since yesterday and not sure what changes caused this.
This is how the dictionary looks like for "Assignment Group" field.

If you turn off Tree Picker do they show. There has been problems with tree picker in the past. Just set the value to false and try it.

You've probably already checked this, but are there groups in the groups table with the type=sys_id specified in the screenshot? May be they got deleted for some reason?

But I am not sure where you see sys_id in my screenshot.

I meant the number you listed in the value field that goes like this.. 1cb8ab9.....

Looks like one of your types was deleted, since the sys_id is showing. Remove that from your Reference qualifier.
