Unable to view assignment groups

Hello,

On my developer instance, I am unable to view any of the assignment groups through the "Assignment Group" field. This is across multiple modules incident, problem, enhancements etc.

It brings a blank window when I click on the assignment group field in the view/form and same is the case when I try to do it through the list edit.

This problem started only since yesterday and not sure what changes caused this.

This is how the dictionary looks like for "Assignment Group" field.

Looks ok for me. That is weird. Can you see if you have any dictionary overrides?

If you turn off Tree Picker do they show. There has been problems with tree picker in the past. Just set the value to false and try it.

Thanks Michael Michael.Fry. It worked after disabling the tree picker.

But why it doesn't work with tree picker? Tree Picker is good and how can I make it work with tree picker enabled.

I agree, I like it too but it's been problematic with different filters. It's a SN problem they need to fix.
