Hi Everyone,
i created few response templates from HR administration>response template configuration.
But i'm unable to view them in HR agent workspace even when i have sn_templated_snip.template_snippet_reader and sn_templated_snip.template_snippet_admin role, i haven't even set up any conditions in the response templates so that all of them shows up on the HR case table.
Further i'm not even able to view the "responses" UI action on the HR case in the native view.
Please let me know what am i missing?
